TIRED but mutually SATISFIEDfrom 25/9-29/9 was my busiest week so fari hav been doin wad a real staff nurse is doin in the wardpractically,i hav been -writin reports for 1 patient everyday-serve medications-did BGM-s/c insulin n clexane-dressing-discharge patient-supp ducolax-nebuliser -despatched to lab eg.blood,sputum,urine specimensi tink dats allhahaha..now i realised dats very little hav to buck up on my medicationsincludin the trade names,indications n side effectsgoin on pretty well so far but not case studybusy w SN works n totally forgotten abt itnow i hav to complete it n hand in on Moni dun like da CI.she told our SN dat we r slowslow in wad sense?hello?we r still studentstis period is for us to learn not to hunt us downda least she could do is appreacite our helpshe likes to give tis irritatin face wch said"you r very hopeless girl"cos i always give wrong ansda least is teach me wen im wrong no need to look up inside bookim tired n so da resttoo tired to do research or flip thruits not as if we live ard da hosphaiz...1 wk to go n im outi must prove to SNs dat im capablei hav learnt a lot from SN ... hav been patiently teachin us anw,im enjoyin my wkendssayonara
